Check off one thing on the list (and these headphones are AWESOME. My sanity is up 400-500% while working in the not-my-lab that is my office since I can't hear anything except what's coming through the headphones)And now, check the second thing off the list:

Im happy for you. As for headphones, I love my mini-Bose though :)
